We collect the information you submit through our contact form, which may include:

• name
• company
• business email
• phone number (optional)
• country
• the option you select under 'What are you interested in?'
• any additional details you provide about your operation, needs or permits process

We do not require special-category personal data and ask that you do not submit it through the form.

Our contact form is delivered using Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), a third-party service that forwards form submissions to us by email. When you submit the form, the data is transmitted to Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox (supportforaero@gmail.com) and, where relevant, to our partner at Permits to Fly (szawlis.ewelina@permits.aero). Web3Forms acts as a processor and handles the submission solely to transmit your message to us; it is not used to send you marketing.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide information about Support to Fly, supervising at KTW or permits training — based on our legitimate interest and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
• To administer the Early Access Programme where you apply — based on your request and, where applicable, your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

We keep enquiry data for no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required to perform a contract or to comply with the law.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office — UODO). This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect aggregated, privacy-friendly usage statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not store cookies on your device for this purpose, and we do not use the contact form data for advertising.
