One operation. Many parties. Too many separate updates.
An aviation operation may involve the operator, crew, OCC, ground handling, airport service providers and external partners.
When updates are exchanged through phone calls, emails, messages and paper checklists, it becomes difficult to see:
- what has already been completed
- what is still in progress
- where a problem has occurred
- who has provided the latest information
- whether the agreed service has been performed
- what evidence is available after the operation
- discrepancies between agreed SLA requirements and recorded performance can lead to time-consuming reconciliation, report preparation and disputes over service delivery
Support to Fly brings operational updates, checklist progress, comments, photos and reporting together in one place, helping both parties compare actual performance with agreed SLA requirements, resolve discrepancies and reduce the time spent preparing reports.
A clear view of every operation.
Configure the checklist
SFA configures the first checklist during implementation. The customer may then edit it, create new checklists and copy existing ones.
Each checklist may reflect a different:
- operation
- airport
- aircraft
- customer
- contract
- process
- service scope
Give access to the right people
The customer decides who receives access and what they can see.
Access may be provided to, for example:
- supervisors
- pilots and crew members
- OCC personnel
- aircraft operator representatives
- ground handling personnel
- subcontractors
- customers of a ground handling company
Follow real-time status updates
Users update checklist items, add comments, attach photos and report non-compliance. Authorised users can follow the progress of one or several operations in real time.
Generate the report
The report is generated on request and can be exported to:
- Excel
- CSV
Build the checklist around your operation
The checklist can cover every stage of the operation, including tasks and confirmations related to:
The customer decides what should be monitored.
Turn operational data into documented performance
The basic report may include:
- SLA performance
- timestamps
- non-compliance
- comments
- photographic evidence
The reporting structure is configured by SFA.
Reports can support both sides of a commercial relationship.
For operators and service customers
Monitor whether the agreed ground handling services have been performed and document non-compliance.
For ground handling companies
Present documented performance to customers, support the justification of service quality and provide evidence supporting agreed rates.
Enterprise extensions
Reporting may be additionally configured to cover:
- task completeness
- remuneration
- deductions
- bonuses
- contract-specific settlement rules
Enterprise functions are individually agreed and priced. They are not automatically included in the Basic version.

Questions and answers
Support to Fly app & supervising
Is Support to Fly an application or a supervising service?
Both are available as separate but complementary solutions. The application can be used independently, while SFA currently provides supervising services at KTW.
Do we need to install the application?
No. Support to Fly works in a browser and can be used on phones, tablets and computers running Android or iOS.
Can we create our own checklists?
Yes. SFA configures the first checklist and the customer can later edit, create and copy checklists.
Can several organisations use the same operation checklist?
Access is controlled by the customer and may be given to selected employees, partners, service providers or customers.
Can a ground handling company use the application independently?
Yes. A ground handling company may use the platform to monitor its own work and share results with its customer.
Can the report be adapted to our ground handling agreement?
The Basic report can cover SLA, timestamps, non-compliance and photos. More advanced contractual and settlement reporting may be configured as Enterprise.
Does Support to Fly provide ground handling services?
No. SFA supervises and coordinates operations but does not perform ground handling.
Can the application support multiple airports and operations?
Yes. One account may cover multiple stations, and several active operations may be monitored at the same time.
Does the application work offline?
To be confirmed.
